Subburb Tools not appearing in Category list

Subburb Tools not appearing in Category list was created by MelAukett
Hi, I have just installed SolidRocks, and have gone into 3ds Max, then followed the online video to get it set up, but Subburb Tools does not appear in the Category list, so I can't add it to My Toolbar and activate it.
What have I done wrong?!
Urgent help appreciated!

Hi Mel, when you run setup, be sure to chyoose your max ROOT directory (for example c:\programfiles\autodesk\3dsmax2012"

Yep! Windows 7 confused me (easy to do!) All I need now is my activation code - I e-mailed through our request earlier.

Hi I did receive my serial, and have entered it, however it doesn't work - every time I click on the icon, it keeps asking for the serial number - I'm sorry, I must have done something wrong?! (I ran 3ds Max as Administrator and entered the serial number)
