memory upgrade

I have a big problem. I have just upgraded my computer +12GB RAM (Kingmax) and the SolidRoscks stoped worging. (...asked a serial number again???) Do you have any idea why? I removed the new 12GB memory the SolidRosck worked. I re-installed the SolidRocks and the Request Code is changed. My old activation code is useless now. Can you give me one new activation cod (Request Code: SR099_022128349) or have you any idea why ask the SolidRocks the code?

Very urgent because of my work.

Thanks, but I have re-installed the SolidRocks since then, just for solve the problem and I got a new request code (SR099_022188349) again.

I tryed the code, but it did not work unfortunately. Any idea what is the problem?

When I put back my old memory the SolidRoscks did not ask the code and worked perfectly.
