I'll explain as best I can.
When solidrocks and pressed the start button AutoSubdivGlossies this makes materials options are unchecked, Trace and refracion reflections.
Then render out with materials without refracion and reflecion. Example crystals of this store I'm sending.
If you need to be more precise I leave my skype account and show you the screen sharing happens.
