I bought SolidRocks a week ago. I went to the activation portal and activated my licence and usually when you do something like this a download will automatically start, but nothing happened. I wrote an email asking for assistance and received an automated email back stating that I would get a response back. Getting any word back as to whats going on is taking forever...
