Activation Code - Doesn't Reconize

Don't know what happened! But the pc lost the activation. It is asking me to activate! The laptop is fine, but the pc is off.
How can I change this, it keeps asking me a new request code!

Sure did... As I said, laptop everything ok, PC once I've shuted down and re-started it lost the serial.
Gonna try this new serial and see if gets stable.

Again... I've shuted down the computer, and once I restarted max solidrocks asked me the serial.
Again, don't know what is happening!

Run everything in admin, instaled serial, and the serial gets lost!
How can I change this, it is asking me a new request code.
