The challenge of maintaining a delivery fleet in Mussafah

I oversee a fleet of delivery vans that operate in the Mussafah industrial area, and I've learned that you can't treat them like personal cars. The constant stop start, rough roads, and heavy loads mean things wear out much faster. We've had to become much more diligent about inspections to avoid breakdowns that disrupt our schedules. I recently read an article that reinforced everything we're experiencing, focusing on the importance of  keeping commercial vehicles in top condition  in demanding environments. It broke down how factors like short trips and heat affect engines, brakes, and cooling systems. It also stressed that preventive maintenance is always cheaper than dealing with downtime.
