NEW BUILD - B0.46

Hi, all !
here is the build B0.46 :

0.46 now works correctly with versions RCx, 1.5final and 1.5 SP1, 1.45.17 and demo versions of Vray.

need to be polished even more, but many tools and imporvements have been added :

-- Ok - better Vray version detection.
-- OK - Better Adjustment of LightCache subdivs when resolution change.
-- OK - adjust resolution to background image button
-- OK - Reset Vray + SR button
-- OK - gamma correction handling
-- OK - AUTO save/restore user vray settings
-- OK - apply SR settings/lights&mats settings buttons for better versatility


This version doesn't delete the last one, you need to follow install txt file again.

hope you'll like it ! fell free to post comments/observations, as the test time was reduced to respond quickly to SP1 bug...
