New Build : 0.99.2 working with MAx2012, Vray 2 SP1 and VRay 1.5SP6

Hi SolidRocks users !

Here's the next Build : 0.99.2

Works with max2012 (or lower) and Vray 2.1(SP1). Also 1.5 SP6 is supported.
Of course works also well with older Vray Versions.

Note : this build needs a new activation (new protection algo).
I'm sorry about that but i'm forced to do it...I’ll try to answer asap with the serials.
Important note : 3dsmax Must be run with admin rights for Activation process

What’s new in this build ?
==========================
- SR was not starting if Vray was not the current renderer (0.99.1 bug)
- Create button disappear after reducing the GUI (0.99.1)
- SR now recognize some rare Vray builds (intermediate betas)
- New "create" button when GUI is reduced. Was logical.
- Create toolbar have been modified for better comfort.
- Now flyWiz have editable paths
- now flyWiz GUI have a smarter behavior, disabling useless things, depending on methos, preset, etc...


Debug :
=======
[solved] SR crashes at launch if RT is affected to production renderer.
[solved] bug RT (unknown property : output_on).
[solved] SR interface tooltips are now in front of view.
[solved] Dyn ram limit was limited to 20000 now it's 99999.
[solved] Flywiz was sometimes staying opened on new scene.
[solved] SR crashes when Preset is missing.
