madno4 if you mean with this issue, you can temporarily solve it.
Go to vray setting tab, and change render region division from region count to region w/h.

Thanks for the new update! While the link says 2009 SP1- 2012...the install says 2010...does that mean it doesn't work on 2009 SP1? Because I'm still on that version and 1.6.5 won't start on my system. When I click the newly added SR button nothing happens. I installed it in MAX root folder.

it should work on 2009 SP1..
your vray is vray 3.0 ?

Yes for Skype, and no for vray. I'm on 2.40.04

Thanks it's working now! I tried the f11 and that line, but it said "false"...still after re installing it with the new setup it's working.
