Hmmmm maybe you installed the 2.2.4 version ? it have different serial/request !

Yes, I installed version 2.2.4 directly thinking that I would be entitled to the free upgrade since I had purchased the previous version 2.0.5. How can I get the free upgrade to the latest version 2.2.4? Do I need another serial?

As your order is very recent, i just added a licence for you (2.2.4) onto the activation portal. Hope it helps !

Hi, thanks for the chance to update for free to the latest version.
I have inserted, for the activation on the portal, my REQUEST CODE: SR20-FYYB-UY-2106-3357-1669. The portal always returned the same activation code: 0367-3781-2074. In fact, the software does not activate the new version as it is the same code of the version I purchased. In practice, in my opinion, I would need a completely new request code to then have a valid activation code for version 2.2.4 !! If you would i can also enclose the screenshot !! I hope I can solve the problem. Thanks again!

Are you sure you installed the 2.2.4 ? This request code is a 2.0 request code...

Yes, of course, I installed the Full version of the new Software !! .. Version 2.2.4. Really complicated the way to get an update !! How can we solve the problem?
