Is it possible to have a new code requested for the new version 2.2.4? So I think I can definitively solve the problem!

Usually it's simple !
What's weird is that you installed 2.2 but the request code prompted is saying SR20-...
wich means it's not 2.2 installed, but 2.0.5

Hi, finally I finally solved the problem thanks to the last clue. Simply I replaced in my code SR22 request ...., instead of the SR20 ...., in this way, inserting in the portal of activations the code composed for the new version of the software, the same has returned me a different code of activation and so I can take advantage of the new Ver. 2.2.4 software. I'm happy to have solved my problem. Too bad that on the site there are clear explanations of how you get an update in a simpler way! Thank you very much for your kind support. Claudio
